Mediterranean Blues (and Whites)

My second holiday of the year and I was back in the Mediterranean, in sunny Spain once again! There were so many amazing outfits I had  planned for this trip and I am SO happy with how the photos turned out. I recently received the Olympus Pen EL-8 for my birthday and downloaded Adobe Lightroom and I am LOVING the results. I can’t wait to start producing better quality content in the future and learning more and more about photography.

Anyway, back to the outfit! This stunning playsuit was a find from last year in New Look. I get such mediterranean vibes from this outfit, I feel like I could be in Santorini or Ibiza. It ticks all the boxes for me: it’s blue and white (my favourite summer colour combo) and it has tassels. Need I say anymore? Blue and white are my ultimate colours in summer. I think they just look so stunning together and really help make a tan pop. Every summer season I always go back to them whether I’m on holiday or even in the UK (like in my Brunching post from last year).

Anything with tassels, pom-poms, sequins etc and I am sold. I just think adornments in summer are so fun and always inject a boho-ibiza vibe into an outfit (remember this outfit and more tassels from my Ibiza Nights post?). I’m obsessing over raffia and metallic flatform sandals at the minute and I’m LOVING these Carvela dupes from Primark. Flatform sandals are a great alternative to wearing heels on holiday, instantly dressing up an outfit whilst being infinitely more comfortable.

Unfortunately my playsuit seems to be out of stock now but fear not! I’ve linked below lots of equally pretty alternatives, all with that mediterranean vibe. I’ve also linked lots of similar accessories including my pineapple anklet from Accessorize (because who doesn’t love an anklet on holiday?!).

Where are you guys spending your summers? I’d love to know your thoughts on the post in the comments!
