Khaki Khaki

I recently wrote about my love for the neutrals trend that graced the catwalks and high streets this summer (if you missed the post, have a read of The New Neutrals) and with the british summer developing into a complete washout, that love of these toned down colours has remained. If you’re struggling with what to wear in this unpredictable weather, khaki is a great versatile shade which can help you embrace the season’s fashion whilst in keeping with the not-so desirable weather outside.
An over-sized shirt is a great piece to wear when the weather isn’t so summery. I styled this open khaki shirt from Urban Outfitters over a simple white crop top, Bershka, and my black ripped skinny joni jeans from Topshop for a summery grunge look.
As I’ve mentioned before, at the minute I’m obsessing over layered necklaces and this silver and dark grey set I got for my birthday from New Look worked really well with this outfit, again helping to give the look that grunge vibe.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on the post so let me know below in the comments! Happy weekend!
